1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting or using freedailytool.space (the "Site") or any tool hosted on it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. What the Site is
Free Daily Tool provides free, browser-based tools — including calculators, games, trading utilities, sports tools, and driver's-test preparation content — that run without a user account. The Site does not require registration, does not collect payment of any kind, and does not offer a paid tier.
3. Not professional advice
This is the most important section of these terms, so we'll say it plainly: nothing on this Site is professional advice.
- Financial and trading tools (including the mortgage, loan, savings, retirement, and Deriv trading calculators) are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice, and results may differ from those of your lender, broker, or financial institution.
- Health and fitness calculators (including BMI, calorie, and body-fat tools) are general estimates only. They are not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about a medical condition. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider for anything related to your health.
- Driver's-test preparation tools (including the practice permit test, road-signs quiz, and study checklist) are unofficial study aids. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sourced directly from any state Department of Motor Vehicles or licensing authority, and completing them does not guarantee the outcome of any official test.
- All other calculators and tools are provided for general informational and educational use, "as is," with no guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.
Always confirm results that matter — financially, medically, legally, or for licensing — with a qualified professional or the relevant official source before relying on them.
4. No accounts, no payments
The Site does not offer user registration and does not process payments. Any statement elsewhere describing a tool as "free" refers to the fact that no payment, subscription, or account is ever required to use it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it (for example, automated scraping at a volume that degrades service for others).
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its infrastructure, or other users' data.
- Use the Site to violate any applicable law.
