What Free Daily Tool collects, why, and the choices you have. Written in plain language on purpose.

Free Daily Tool doesn't have user accounts, doesn't collect payment information, and doesn't sell personal data. The Site uses standard analytics and, potentially, advertising cookies to understand traffic and support the free model — the details are below.

Information you provide
Most tools run entirely in your browser: numbers you type into a calculator, or moves you make in a game, are processed locally and are not sent to or stored on our servers. If you use the Contact page, the name, email address, and message you enter are sent via your own email client and are not stored by the Site itself.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, Free Daily Tool may automatically collect standard technical information through analytics tools, which can include: approximate location (city/region level, derived from IP address), device and browser type, pages visited, time on page, and referring site. This is aggregate, not tied to your name or account, because the Site has no accounts.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use cookies or similar local storage for:
- Analytics — for example, Google Analytics, to understand which tools and categories are used most.
- Advertising — third-party ad networks (for example, Google AdSense) may set cookies to serve and measure ads, and may use that data to personalize ads based on your browsing across sites.
- Preferences — for example, remembering a light/dark theme choice for your current browser session only (this is not a tracking cookie and is cleared when you close the tab or browser).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so may not affect tool functionality but may reduce ad relevance.
4. How this information is used
Automatically collected data is used to: keep the Site running reliably, understand which tools are useful so we can improve or add to them, and support the advertising that keeps every tool free.
5. Third-party services
The Site may use third-party analytics and advertising providers (such as Google Analytics and/or Google AdSense) that operate under their own privacy policies. 6. We do not sell your personal data
Free Daily Tool does not sell personal data to third parties. Where advertising partners process data for ad personalization, that is governed by their own policies and any opt-outs they provide (see Section 8).
7. Data retention
Because there are no user accounts, there is no persistent personal profile tied to you on our servers. Analytics data is retained by our analytics provider according to their standard retention settings, aggregated and not personally identifiable to us.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what data is collected about you, request deletion, or opt out of ad personalization. You can generally exercise these by:
- Adjusting cookie settings in your browser.
- Using your browser's "Do Not Track" or equivalent privacy setting.
- Opting out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page.

9. Children's privacy
Free Daily Tool is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Contact form, please reach out and we will address it.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Site, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Because most tools process data locally in your browser and the Site has no accounts, the amount of personal data at risk is intentionally minimal.

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the Site or applicable law. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
